INTRODUCTION

    In this blog you will be able to observe the development of a research project, developed in the Research Project subject by an individual student, which was carried out in different tasks developed in different steps; It is shown from the beginning to the presentation of the results and the conclusion of the research project. Then, you can see the step-by-step of the project.

    The project that was developed was due to the problem that was presented worldwide by COVID-19, which caused that the classes of both public and private schools went from being 100% face-to-face to virtuality. This caused students to receive their classes virtually generating some disagreement. For this reason, with this project we wanted to know the level of satisfaction that the students of the 5th grade of the Popular Claretian Institution of Neiva had, since no entity or Institution knew the level of satisfaction that the students had regarding the modality of the classes so that later actions will be taken to improve student satisfaction.
