RESULTS
What is the level
of satisfaction in the learning and development of the school activities of the
students of the popular school of Neiva through virtuality?
The results obtained after
surveying 11 5th grade students of the Popular Educational Institution of Neiva
can be seen in the results, in response to question number 1. Carried out in
the survey if the teachers have technical support to develop the virtual class
without any inconvenience, they show their satisfaction where 82% of the
students are satisfied and 18% show that they are not satisfied with the
technical support they have for virtual development. Being the favorable result
for the development of the classes.
Question 2 the students have a satisfaction of 82%, with 8 students showing their agreement, the majority being from the classroom, although it was not the whole group that showed their satisfaction.
Faced with
question number 3, it shows us according to the results obtained, virtually the
students only understand part of what is taught without the teacher ensuring
the poor understanding of the subject, the dissatisfaction of 36% and with a
term understanding of 64% being the largest number of students, a somewhat
unfavorable result in the teaching-learning process of a student.
In question number
4 it is evident that the teachers have sufficient technological tools for their
optimal performance in the virtual class, which is reflected in the opinion of
the students, where it is observed that 91% of the student assistants are
satisfied with the resources they provide. the teacher counts for an optimal
performance of the class.
To question 5, if
the students have the technological tools that facilitate the development of
the class for their activities; It is almost equivalent where 55% of the
students have technological tools and 45% of the students do not have
technological tools. Being a considerable difference where the development of
the student is hindered and even prevents the student's learning.
It was evidenced
that, although the teacher uses online resources during class, a divided
opinion is shown since some teachers have technological skills and this is
reflected in the opinion of the students, with the opinion of 69% being those
who are satisfied and 31% dissatisfied.
Regarding the
ability to motivate the student to participate, it is evident that there is no
total satisfaction, showing us the figure of 55% of the students are
dissatisfied and 45% have a favorable opinion, this being very important to
take into account already that the motivation of a student in his learning is
very important since in the absence of this factor there is no significant
learning.
When evidencing
the result of the question, it shows us that 42% of the students consider that
the explanations of the contents are not clear because they are not fully
understood, along with 58% who have a satisfied opinion. Which indicates that
this result is not very favorable since the number of students whose knowledge
is not clear since it affects learning.
The students show
us that they have opinions of 83% consider that teachers use relevant material
to facilitate their learning in their students and 17% an unfavorable opinion
of the material used. It is a favorable result but the use of ICTs are
fundamental points in the use of the class since, with online games, videos,
etc., all students' learning styles are reached.
The 5th grade
students consider that 73% of the students are dissatisfied at the moment of
having clarity and motivation in the development of activities and tasks, 27%
show that they are fully motivated to develop activities voluntarily. This
result is not favorable since the development of activities is a very important
part of student learning.
When asked about
compliance with the use of the platform used to deliver and communicate the
activities and evaluations of the students, they consider that 91% are
satisfied with the use of this platform for the development of activities while
9% are dissatisfied. The result being favorable since it is part of the
academic development.
When asked if they are satisfied with studying virtually, 36% are satisfied and 64% are dissatisfied with both options, with the majority of students disagreeing with the virtuality of the classes, as they prefer face-to-face.
