What is the level of satisfaction in the learning and development of the school activities of the students of the popular school of Neiva through virtuality?

The results obtained after surveying 11 5th grade students of the Popular Educational Institution of Neiva can be seen in the results, in response to question number 1. Carried out in the survey if the teachers have technical support to develop the virtual class without any inconvenience, they show their satisfaction where 82% of the students are satisfied and 18% show that they are not satisfied with the technical support they have for virtual development. Being the favorable result for the development of the classes.

Question 2 the students have a satisfaction of 82%, with 8 students showing their agreement, the majority being from the classroom, although it was not the whole group that showed their satisfaction.


Faced with question number 3, it shows us according to the results obtained, virtually the students only understand part of what is taught without the teacher ensuring the poor understanding of the subject, the dissatisfaction of 36% and with a term understanding of 64% being the largest number of students, a somewhat unfavorable result in the teaching-learning process of a student.

In question number 4 it is evident that the teachers have sufficient technological tools for their optimal performance in the virtual class, which is reflected in the opinion of the students, where it is observed that 91% of the student assistants are satisfied with the resources they provide. the teacher counts for an optimal performance of the class.


To question 5, if the students have the technological tools that facilitate the development of the class for their activities; It is almost equivalent where 55% of the students have technological tools and 45% of the students do not have technological tools. Being a considerable difference where the development of the student is hindered and even prevents the student's learning.

 

It was evidenced that, although the teacher uses online resources during class, a divided opinion is shown since some teachers have technological skills and this is reflected in the opinion of the students, with the opinion of 69% being those who are satisfied and 31% dissatisfied.


Regarding the ability to motivate the student to participate, it is evident that there is no total satisfaction, showing us the figure of 55% of the students are dissatisfied and 45% have a favorable opinion, this being very important to take into account already that the motivation of a student in his learning is very important since in the absence of this factor there is no significant learning.


When evidencing the result of the question, it shows us that 42% of the students consider that the explanations of the contents are not clear because they are not fully understood, along with 58% who have a satisfied opinion. Which indicates that this result is not very favorable since the number of students whose knowledge is not clear since it affects learning.

The students show us that they have opinions of 83% consider that teachers use relevant material to facilitate their learning in their students and 17% an unfavorable opinion of the material used. It is a favorable result but the use of ICTs are fundamental points in the use of the class since, with online games, videos, etc., all students' learning styles are reached.


The 5th grade students consider that 73% of the students are dissatisfied at the moment of having clarity and motivation in the development of activities and tasks, 27% show that they are fully motivated to develop activities voluntarily. This result is not favorable since the development of activities is a very important part of student learning.


When asked about compliance with the use of the platform used to deliver and communicate the activities and evaluations of the students, they consider that 91% are satisfied with the use of this platform for the development of activities while 9% are dissatisfied. The result being favorable since it is part of the academic development.

When asked if they are satisfied with studying virtually, 36% are satisfied and 64% are dissatisfied with both options, with the majority of students disagreeing with the virtuality of the classes, as they prefer face-to-face.
